How to make Sea Moss Gold

  1. Rinse Sea Moss Gold with spring water to remove any particles still on it
  2. Place the desired amount of rinsed Sea Moss Gold into a jar or bowl of room temperature spring water, and soak for at least 24 hours. Make sure all of the Sea Moss is covered in water!
  3. Once the Sea Moss has swelled up, remove it from the water it soaked in and blend it with fresh spring water to make a gel. The thickness of the Sea Moss depends on how much water you used to soak it and blend it.
